Base armor fell from 150 to 125. When firing both Chainguns, maximum spread increased from 4 to 5 degrees and falloff begins at 10 instead of 15 meters; single-fire spread improved from 1.5 to 1 degree.

Protection Suzu invulnerability fell from 0.65 to 0.5 seconds and its radius from 5 to 4 meters. Healing Ofuda projectile speed fell from 24 to 18 meters per second, with seeking range reduced from 35 to 30 meters.

Teleporter placement range decreased from 30 to 25 meters, and reuse cooldown increased from 1 to 1.25 seconds.

D.Va’s 5v5 mech base health increased from 175 to 200.

In 5v5, Barrier Projector cooldown decreased from 12 to 10 seconds, while barrier duration decreased from 8 to 7 seconds.

Projectile speed increased from 90 to 120, while damage decreased from 9 to 8.5.

Concussion Mine cooldown decreased from 8 to 7 seconds.

Initial swing delay decreased from 0.3 to 0.15 seconds, horizontal swing duration from 0.25 to 0.2 seconds, and combo link duration increased from 0.75 to 0.9 seconds.

Restorative Stream resource regeneration increased from 12.5% to 15% per second.

Particle Barrier cooldown increased from 11 to 12 seconds in 5v5.
