Wide-angle Deflect now blocks damage only within its center radius, while the angle damage modifiers changed to 20% for imprecise attacks and 0% for precise attacks.

M11 recoil and bullet dispersion increased, including substantially worse airborne ADS dispersion; KS-23 damage falloff became harsher, with a 0.58 multiplier and falloff beginning at 12m instead of 18m.

The M11 is less precise at range and while airborne, while the KS-23 loses more effectiveness at medium and long distances.
Dematerializer cooldown per charge was reduced from 20 to 15 seconds, and its item raise time was removed from 0.1 seconds to 0.
